Määritelmät:

(lb, en, Gay slang) Willing to have sex with someone who is HIV positive by someone who is not.
(lb, en, Social worker's slang) Someone who is not HIV positive that understands the challenges of the HIV positive persons. It shows an open and respectfull mind from the person being POZ friendly. It is exactly has Gay friendly, where a person that is not gay shows no discrimination to homosexuals, and even feels it is its duty to promote the respect of their rights.
