For some, a power bottom is a bottom who can "power through" and bottom a lot (e.g. for a long duration), for others, it means a bottom who takes charge of a sexual situation, playing a more dominant, aggressive, and commanding role in sex. The latter example is more often referred to as a "dominant bottom", however.
